Cast vinyl conforms better to curves and recesses, resists shrinking, and maintains colour stability longer than calendered alternatives. We recommend 3M or Avery Dennison commercial-grade films with appropriate warranties for fleet applications where vehicles face daily exposure to weather, washing, and road conditions.

Partial wraps cover strategic panels like doors, rear sections, or bonnet areas combined with vinyl lettering on remaining surfaces. They deliver strong brand impact at lower investment than full wraps. Full wraps provide complete coverage for maximum visual impact and paint protection. Many fleets use a hybrid approach with key vehicles fully wrapped and others partially wrapped for cost-effective fleet-wide branding.

Fleet wraps require minimal maintenance. Hand washing with mild soap and water is ideal. Touchless automatic car washes are acceptable for busy fleet operations. Avoid brush-type car washes and high-pressure washers held close to wrap edges. Promptly remove bird droppings, fuel spills, and tree sap which can affect wrap surfaces if left too long. Regular cleaning maintains appearance and extends wrap life.
